Returns
We want you to be satisfied purchasing from Jones Sew & Vac and offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Within
30 days if you are not pleased with the performance of your product we
will exchange it for a product of equal value at no charge. If
you return a product for refund there is a 10% restocking fee, provided
it is in saleable condition with all original packing materials,
accessories and manuals. Carpet extractors have
a 20% restocking fee with the same conditions. Filters, disposable bags
or any other accessories cannot be returned if opened or used. No items can be returned without a Return Authorization Number. You must
call 1-800-813-5061 and get a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
